Deliveries
- All wines ordered from Kampai will be delivered by Australia Post or a courier company.
- Deliveries are usually received within 5-7 working days of purchase.
- The cost of delivery is based on the amount of wine purchased and delivery destination, and is clearly displayed in your shopping cart.
Returns
Kampai is committed to helping you discover your love of wine. If you purchase a bottle of wine that is faulty, or that you feel does not reflect appropriate quality, we will provide a refund or replacement of that wine. To arrange a refund or return, please contact us at info@kampai.com.au.
Liquor Act (2007): It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on the behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You will be asked to confirm your age prior to confirmation of sale. Please ensure that your order is delivered to a person aged over the age of 18 years.
