Kampai Wine Club
The Kampai wine club is designed to help you discover your love of wine! Sample new wines from undiscovered premium winemakers with a fresh delivery of wines arriving on your doorstep every three months. Of course you may have some questions about how the wine club works, so we've put some questions and answers together, below.

You can cancel your membership at any time simply by calling us on 1300 838 636.
We're working hard to be different to the other wine clubs out there. We want our customers to experience something special when they choose to purchase their wine from us. So here are a few of the things you might notice that we do differently at Kampai ... - There is no joining fee other than the cost of the wine you buy.
- You can stop your membership at any time. There are no contracts and no small print.
- Want to skip one quarter? No problems just give us a call.
- Members receive more than just the wine. Each dozen is accompanied with tasting notes and recipe suggestions for each individual wine.
- Our promise is to bring our best new wines to you each quarter. We want you to come back and purchase more of the wines you like the most. So we don’t buy unwanted wine at auction and don’t dump unsold stock onto our members. We only buy wines that we love and that we hope you will love too.
There is no joining fee to become a member. When you sign up, the only cost is for your first delivery of wines, which you receive within 5 days. The cost for each quarterly delivery is fixed at $216 + postage and handling ($11 in metropolitan Sydney). This equates to $18 per bottle. Bargain!
If you are dissatisfied with any of the wines, you can return it to us and we will provide a refund.
When you order a members dozen for the first time you will become eligible for the members discount. Normally if this is done over the internet we will email you a username and password within 24 - 48 hours. This will give you access to all of the member resources on our website, including the member discounts!
However, if you are thirsty and want to speed things up, by all means give us a call on 1300 838 636 and we will sort it out straight away.
After joining, you will receive your shipment of the current quarters’ dozen within a week of your order. You will then join the Member's delivery cycle and receive your dozen with the next delivery (we deliver on a quarterly cycle with deliveries sent in February, May, August and November). For example if you order in March, you'll receive the current quarter's (February) dozen within 5 days. You'll then receive your wine according to the regular cycle starting in May. Don’t forget you can always call us to skip a quarter if you are worried you might have too much wine! (Funnily enough this doesn't ever seem to be a problem in the Kampai Community!)
If you buy wine regularly, enjoy discovering boutique wineries and are interested in trying new wines that you won't find in the larger bottle shops, then joining the Kampai Wine Club is a no-brainer. Members receive a mixed dozen of premium wines delivered to their door every 3 months (goodbye bottle shop queue), special member discounts (ca-ching) and invites to member-only events (hello red carpet). And ordering through the Wine Club means you will always have something new and interesting to try - along with the recipes to match. So in short, being a member means you will save money, enjoy greater convenience and win more friends by always having the best food and wine at your place.
